Project Results
At the COPE project, we are committed to empowering youth professionals to support young people’s mental health and well-being. To achieve this, we will be selecting a group of skilled and experienced youth workers to become tutors of our digital learning platform.
We will be looking for participants who have at least one year of experience in supporting vulnerable youth and an academic background in psychosocial support, intercultural settings, or heritage-led or art disciplines. Once our participants are selected, we will conduct a 1-day capacity building session in each country under the guidance of 1-2 mentors from each organization.
Through the Skills Development Training program, we aim to develop the skills and knowledge of youth professionals to effectively support young people’s mental health and well-being. By doing so, we hope to create a network of experts who can promote diversity, social cohesion, and solidarity to alleviate the detrimental effects of war and the pandemic on young people’s mental health.
At the COPE project, we believe that investing in the professional development of youth professionals is critical to building a supportive network for young people in Europe.
