Call for trainers E+ COPE: coping with anxiety and stress #COVID19
We have already been updating you on the progress of the COPE project, which aims to foster support among #young people to cope with #anxiety and #stress associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Today we met again with all online partners. In this framework we remind that the objectives of COPE are:
(a) to identify psychosocial challenges of young people in adverse circumstances as well as good practices in the participating countries.
b) to design and develop an online learning platform for youth peer support under the guidance of professional workers based on the identified needs.
c) train trainers and youth workers and implement a pilot to promote peer support.
From ITC we give you the opportunity to participate in the training of trainers that will be held soon: do you want to be updated on the different techniques to deal with stress and anxiety? are you interested in helping young people to improve their mental health and well-being: if the answer is yes, don’t hesitate and SIGN UP FOR THE TRAINING SESSIONS HERE.
These sessions will also be organized in the Czech Republic, Greece, Austria and Germany.
We will keep you informed about the news of this incredible project.
