“Music therapy as a tool to help young people cope with stress and anxiety”

What is Music Therapy? How can it positively impact our mental health? Together, we will delve into the healing power of Music Therapy through a holistic and peer-to-peer approach, addressing educators, trainers, youth workers, volunteers, and youth professionals who have a music background.


If you wish to support young people in combating anxiety by using the positive effects of Music Therapy, then all you need to do is join this inspiring training sessions which will take place in English on the 18th of April and the 2nd of May from 18:00 to 21:00. Upon successful completion of the training sessions, participants will be handed a certificate of participation.


This training sessions are held within the framework of the Erasmus+ project under the title “COPE – COncrete PEer to peer solutions and support among youth mentally coping with anxiety and stress associated with the COVID-19 pandemic”, co-funded by the European Union.
